Turning 60 created an awareness of scanning and preserving with a focus on storytelling and sharing with others. But will also be a time to think about what I really need to hang on to. On Counting Cars, Danny started selling cars and only keeping cars that "touched his soul". In that spirit, it will be time (at 60) to start selling, throwing or donating things that are not part of that inner circle...the MVPs (most valuable possessions). Bring "joy"...
Early lists:

Factor in items like the Red Binders of photos and cases.
Purge-eligible
Go through diecast and set aside those that seem expendable. Check with Jacob and Maddy to make sure they don't have "Car City" attachments. Then try to sell on Craigslist or Facebook.

Baseball and basketball cards
Baseball and basketball books?
Posters I'll never hang
Cassette Tapes (make sure I have photos of cases)
Video Village - cool, but not technically mine. More of a memory and I can captures what I want from it.
